Refund policy
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method in 7 – 10 business days.
Because of our conscious efforts toward the environment, we believe in the zero-waste policy. We do not offer exchanges or returns for Home Linens.
You can request for a replacement in case you have received product in
1. Damaged condition
2. Wrong size or colour from what you have ordered
3. Faulty or open packaging
For replacement process, we request that you write to us at store@linenleaf.com explaining the reason for the same and pictures of the product within 3 days of order receipt. Our customer support will get in touch with you within 48 hours and assist with the process.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a replacement within 7-10 business days.
At Linen Leaf , we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
The colours of the product may seem slightly different from the website image. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours.
If the customer is unable to receive the package after three delivery attempts, the package will be considered refused by the recipient, and no refund will be initiated.
Sale Products
Please note, items 'On Sale' or on discounted prices as indicated on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased before the 'Sale' Period and previously issued Credit Notes cannot be exchanged with Sale items.

Please be aware that customized items may have longer processing times and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders, including domestic, international, and SALE items.
All purchases are final.
